Application of 4 Shafts Mixing Conveyor
It is primarily used for continuously and uniformly discharging powdered and granular materials from silos or hoppers. It utilizes a spiral blade rotating on the shaft to convey the material along the axial direction to the discharge outlet. The spiral discharger has a simple structure and is easy to operate, making it suitable for various powdered and granular materials
Efficient continuous operation
With the adoption of a reverse-rotation material pickup device, the material flows uniformly within the conveying pipe. The filling rate of the vertical screw conveyor can reach 70% to 90%, and its average operational capacity can exceed 70% of the rated production rate.
Good environmental sealing performance
The fully enclosed material conveying system can effectively control dust dispersion and odor leakage, with noise levels below 60dB(A), making it suitable for handling easily polluting materials such as cement and pulverized coal.
