Full sealed plow type multi-point discharge single roller belt conveyor
The working principle of the plow type multi-point unloading belt conveyor is to drive the up and down movement of the plow head through the telescopic motion of the push rod, thereby achieving the unloading function. The specific process is as follows: in the preparatory state, the push rod is retracted, the plow head is lifted, the bearing roller is at the same level as other groove shaped bearing rollers, and the movable roller is in a groove angle state. When entering the working state, the push rod extends and drives the pull rod to lower the plow head. At the same time, the driving arm pushes the roller frame to rise to the unloading height, and the groove angle of the movable roller disappears, thus entering the unloading state. After unloading is completed, the push rod retracts, the plow head lifts, and the load-bearing roller and movable roller return to their initial state
The characteristics of the plow type unloader include:

Reliable locking device: The mechanical grab pull locking device can adjust the height of the plow blade to avoid tearing, wear, and coal leakage of the tape. - Advanced driving part: using electric or electro-hydraulic push rods, it has the advantages of absolute self-locking, no internal and external leakage, great overload capacity, and smooth operation.
- There are various installation methods: the electro-hydraulic push rod can be placed on the upper part of the coal separator and installed vertically
