The TH ring chain bucket elevator is designed and manufactured according to the national standard, and its traction chain is according to ISO610-79, with big breaking load, good wear resistance and long service life. The tail is tensioned by gravity, and the operation is stable and reliable. The chain roller is foldable, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. This machine is used for mixing or gravity unloading, suitable for conveying powder, granular and small low abrasive materials with stacking density of 15ton / m3, and the material temperature is not more than 250 ° C. This machine has two kinds of hoppers: ZH type (medium deep hopper) is suitable for conveying wet, caking and hard to throw materials, such as wet sand, molding sand, chemical fertilizer, alkali powder, SH type (deep hopper) is suitable for conveying dry, loose and easy to throw materials, such as cement, gravel, coal block, etc. ZJ reducer and ZSY hard tooth reducer are respectively equipped. ZJ type shaft mounted reducer is directly installed on the spindle head, eliminating the transmission platform, coupling, etc., which makes the structure compact and light, and has a special-shaped rolling backstop inside, which is reliable. The reducer has low noise, stable operation, and floats with the spindle, which can eliminate the installation stress etc. The maximum conveying capacity of the machine is 365M³/hour, and the maximum lifting height is 50 meters.
