The air cushion belt conveyor has similarities in its structural composition with ordinary belt conveyors, both of which include core components such as rollers, conveyor belts, driving devices, and tensioning devices. However, the uniqueness of the air cushion conveyor lies in its removal of the upper support roller from ordinary conveyors (some models even do not use the lower support roller), and the addition of key components such as fans and air chambers.
